Thank you Refresh Palm Beach Medical Aesthetics for the most amazing VI Peel experience. I received great customer service from Danielle. The most beautiful person inside and out. As well as this is a very clean establishment. I will definitely be coming back. ☺️
I had a very disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM, which I booked through Groupon. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen car accident on the road, I arrived at 9:08 AM after driving over an hour to get there. Despite explaining the situation, I was refused service.The treatment I was supposed to receive only took about 10 minutes, and their next appointment wasn't until 9:30 AM, so there was ample time to accommodate me. Instead, I was told the next available appointment would be in 2-3 hours—highly inconvenient considering my disability status. This refusal felt discriminatory and unfair.Additionally, I noticed a sign on their counter offering $5-$10 Starbucks gift cards in exchange for positive Google reviews. Such a practice seems very unethical and raises concerns about the credibility of their positive reviews.Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on its lack of empathy and questionable business practices.
I've been seeing my laser tech, Danielle, at Palm Beach Medical Aesthetics for the past few months, and she is absolutely the best. Every visit with her feels like a fun therapy session. Her skill and professionalism are unmatched, and I always leave feeling great. Danielle makes each appointment a blast with her vibrant personality and expert care.I also want to give a shout-out to Vlad, the patient coordinator. He is truly awesome! I often try to book last-minute appointments, and Vlad always goes above and beyond to accommodate me. I recently mentioned how badly I needed to see Danielle, and he made magic happen, getting me in quickly.Palm Beach Medical Aesthetics has a fantastic team that truly cares about their clients. Thank you, Danielle and Vlad, for consistently providing such an amazing experience!
I recently had an incredible experience at Palm Beach Medical Aesthetics. From the moment I called to make an appointment, Vlad, the patient success coordinator, was absolutely amazing. I needed to schedule something last minute, and he went above and beyond to squeeze me in. He contacted me through his personal number and kept in contact to get me in. His helpfulness and accommodating nature made the whole process so smooth and stress-free.When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and didn't have to wait long. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time getting Botox, but Alex, the nurse practitioner, was phenomenal. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Her expertise and gentle approach truly made a difference.I walked out of my appointment feeling so confident and thrilled with the results. Alex did an amazing job, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Palm Beach Medical Aesthetics to anyone looking for top-notch service and exceptional care. Had my facial done by Meghan and she was great! Very professional and clean space all around.
Laura is always friendly and professional when I come for my laser treatments. it is a good atmosphere and also affordable. would highly reccomend.
Professional, experienced, efficient. I struggle with anxiety when I get Botox above my lips as it’s fairly painful. Jen was fast and the least amount of pain I’ve ever had when injecting the lips….yyaaaayyyy!
Jennifer is amazing, she has 20 years of medi-spa experience. She is skilled in corrections if you've had past anti-aging procedures that you're unhappy with. Make sure to ask for Jennifer for natural, beautiful results.
I had an amazing experience at Refresh Med Spa! The staff was incredibly professional, and Vlad went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. My results have been fantastic, and I can't thank Vlad enough for his helpfulness and expertise. Willhighly recommend this place to all my peers.
Jennifer is amazing, gentle, knowledgeable and a great listener. She has an eye for aesthetics! I highly recommend her as a master injector. I let her know all my concerns and I am loving the results instantly. I was over injected by another person in the past at another business and Jennifer made me feel comfortable and without concern. Very happy customer!! The staff is also welcoming and the surroundings are clean and comfortable.
Definitely recommended going, everyone is super nice and very welcoming. Got laser hair removal done and after 2 sessions I was already seeing resultsMegan is amazing, she is great from the 1st time telling me what to expect and all how to care for everything. She distracted me from 'the pain" with small talk. Love this place.
Danielle is amazing! I was so nervous before my first laser hair removal session, but she made me feel super comfortable and was incredibly gentle too! I live an hour and half away from the clinic, but have been going to Danielle for more than a year now, and would rather make the long drive than find a place any closer. *side note* All of their equipment is state of the art, and my results were spectacular, even after just one session!Since then, I’ve gone to the clinic for different treatments too, and everyone that works there is super nice and helpful. (Keep in mind, they run special sales throughout the year on all sorts of treatment packages that allow these treatments to be really affordable and easy to obtain when compared to other aesthetic clinics in Florida)Thank you Danielle and the rest of the Refresh team!
