This includes but is not limited to Refresh Palm Beach Medical Aesthetics, Refresh Port St. Lucie Medical Aesthetics, and any stand-alone medical spas, clinics, wellness centers, or other health and aesthetics operations formally or informally connected to the Refresh network. This policy shall apply in full to any and all communications conducted under the Refresh brand, regardless of legal entity structure, geographic location, service model, or third-party platform integration. This includes digital and mobile communications (including but not limited to SMS/MMS), form submissions, booking systems, CRM integrations, affiliate marketing systems, advertising platforms, and patient relationship management tools. By accessing any of our services, subscribing to communications, or submitting any information through a Refresh-related property, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be collected, processed, and stored according to the terms set forth herein. Message frequency varies but is typically between 1 to 5 messages per scheduled appointment or client interaction. Message and data rates may apply. This consent applies across all Refresh-owned or operated locations, including but not limited to Refresh Palm Beach Medical Aesthetics, Refresh Port St. Lucie Medical Aesthetics, and any future subsidiaries or affiliated locations under the Refresh brand.
