I had a very disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM, which I booked through Groupon. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen car accident on the road, I arrived at 9:08 AM after driving over an hour to get there. Despite explaining the situation, I was refused service.The treatment I was supposed to receive only took about 10 minutes, and their next appointment wasn't until 9:30 AM, so there was ample time to accommodate me. Instead, I was told the next available appointment would be in 2-3 hours—highly inconvenient considering my disability status. This refusal felt discriminatory and unfair.Additionally, I noticed a sign on their counter offering $5-$10 Starbucks gift cards in exchange for positive Google reviews. Such a practice seems very unethical and raises concerns about the credibility of their positive reviews.Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on its lack of empathy and questionable business practices.

I live an hour and half away from the clinic, but have been going to Danielle for more than a year now, and would rather make the long drive than find a place any closer. *side note* All of their equipment is state of the art, and my results were spectacular, even after just one session!Since then, I’ve gone to the clinic for different treatments too, and everyone that works there is super nice and helpful. (Keep in mind, they run special sales throughout the year on all sorts of treatment packages that allow these treatments to be really affordable and easy to obtain when compared to other aesthetic clinics in Florida)Thank you Danielle and the rest of the Refresh team!
